Charity Member Spotlight: The Great North Air Ambulance Service

The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) provides specialist pre-hospital critical care, helping patients when they need it most. 

On the Isle of Man, GNAAS brings the expertise of its highly trained doctor and paramedic team to seriously ill or injured patients, delivering advanced treatment at the scene of the incident. 

Following treatment, we can then airlift patients directly from the island to specialist trauma centres in the UK, helping them access the right level of care as quickly as possible. 

By bringing advanced care to the scene and providing rapid onward transfer, we’re there for the people of the Isle of Man when every minute matters.
